Hi girls, I am going for my make-up trial next month and I have no idea what I want in terms of airbrush or traditional make-up so I am having them do half my face with airbush and the other half with traditional to see which looks better and then I am going to wear it around all day to see which lasts longer. What is everyone else doing? Married ladies, which did you use and how did it work out? I guess it also matters what time of year you are getting married to. If you are getting married in the summer then you have to worry about sweating. I am getting married in September so I could get an unusually warm day or not.

I used traditional makeup and it lasted all day until I took it off. Professional makeup, regardless of whether it is airbrush or traditional, should last all day...There are pros and cons for both... airbrush is very long-lasting and it provides greater coverage than traditional, and also looks great in photos which is why all the mags and print media use it...but it is more expensive and (I had trials with both also) I didn't like the way it looked up close in person...not natural looking like traditional... if I was you I would have a separate trial with both, take lots of pics before and after, and then make a decision based on your pics.

I had traditional make-up for my cousin's wedding and it lasted since 9AM till 2AM the next day. so, as the above poster said - professionally done make up lasts for very long. I havent had airbrush make up, but ur idea sounds very good: try both, this is the only way to know for sure.
