Poll: Are you wearing your e-ring and wedding band on your honeymoon?
I have heard so many horror stories about people losing their ering or band on their honeymoon.
I think I am going to leave mine at home. MY mom had a cute idea that me and FH should be a matching 2nd set in Hawaii....ones that we can wear on the beach.
I am so excited bc I just found a site Hawaii Jewelry store with really nice hawaiian wedding bands!
Just curious to see what everyone else plans to do

I'll probably buy a super cheap set sometime before the honeymoon, I'd probably forget about it once we're there!

A lot of my friends bought cheap fake erings at claires and wore them on their honeymoons. Honestly, I don't think I will take mine. We are going on a cruise to the Caribbean and I don't want to worry about it the whole time.

FH & I will buy a super duper cheap set so we can use it on our cruise. Definitely will not carry my rings on a cruise.

i dont want to part with my ring ... im thinking maybe i will jsut wear my wedding band ... although i havent gone a day wihtout my engagement ring since we got engaged ... i dont want to leave it behind! i just figure i will be very careful and leave it in the safe while we are our swimming.

Im wearing both and dont plan on taking them off at all....if i lose them, well tahts why I have insurance!

I wore them to Hawaii and was fine...I did think about leaving them in a safe deposit box though...I was so paranoid that I didn't know which was worse, wearing them and worrying about them or leaving them in a box for over a week I only took them off and put them in a zippered pocket when I went jet-skiing.

see this i never understood, why have a nice set and never take it out with you on trips? as long as you have insurance, you should be okay...

ive been on a cruise with my e-ring and for the water excursions, i left it in the safe in the room... nothing happened to it

Me and FH are just so active when we go on trips. I plan to surf just about every day in Hawaii, so insurance or not, I would be so worried...even with it in the room safe. I rather just have a band that I would feel comfortable wearing to the beach and doing other activities. Otherwise, I think I would be a worry wart the whole trip! lol

Not wearing either. I plan on surfing and skydiving and a lot of non-ring friendly activities like that...

I probably will wear my band, but not e-ring. Though if I buy a diamonique faux ering, FH will probably get bent and say that he would have bought me one for the real ering as well.

I found on overstock.com a set that looks exactly like mine. I'm going to buy it and wear it for the honeymoon. This way I can go in the water w/ it on and not care if god forbid i lose it.
