POLL: Bachelorette Party...

I'm trying to decide where to go for my bachelorette party.

I vote 'other' I think that Escapes in Merrick is A LOT of fun. I've been there for MANY bachlorette parties.
I've been to Lucky Chengs, which is also hysterical. My only complaint was I didnt think the food was that great.. JMO and that was also a few years ago so many be someone else has been there more recently and can give a good review?

I just had my bachelorette party at The Karaoke Show, by same makers of Donkey show. Check out website, really fun, go to to a good restaurant before and then do that or donkey show, both are fun.thekshow.com

I think the food always stunk!! But the show/'waitresses' are the best part of LC's.

Didn't really care for the Donkey Show - was funny and we had fun...but wasn't worth it to me.

Been to 'Naked Boys Singing!' HILARIOUS!!! Would totally recommend!

Also have been to Lucky Cheng's for drinks (the girls all took our guy friend there for his 'bachelorette'party!) Waitstaff was very fun, pal was duly embarrassed!

I said Lucky Chengs because it looks like so much fun! Drag Queens and Chinese food are some of my fav. things

The DOnkey Show is great but ti doens;t have that bachelorette party feel to it encessarily, For my sister's we went to I forget the name, that Mexican Place with the hat...and Culture Club, which was fun, but not THAT great because it was mostly bach parties and not many guys...I mean there were at least 6 othr brides there that night!

For mine, I'd like to do something like Naked Boys Singing or Puppetry of the Penis, something semi-risque, but theatre-based, I am,a fter all a theatre major! (Directing on my own for the first time this spring- auditions are monday!)

Drinks only is totally fine at Lucky Cheng's -- not sure about Lips.

Our 'bachelor'-ette is quite fussy about food and restaurants. So we took him to a terrific place on the Lower East Side and then followed-up with drinks at LC's after dinner.

BTW, we invited his best man to join us as the MOH for the evening!

I give another vote for Naked Boys, it was great. I was not a fan of Birdies, it was not worth the money, very silly and not that much fun, although I did have fun after at the Culture Club which is right downstairs. It depends what you are in the mood for, hot crowded, sweaty people who are dancing, a show where you sit down and laugh, or so on, think about what you are in the mood for. GOod luck

I went to Lucky Chengs once ( for a b-day pty) and it was SOOOOOOOOO funny!! My friend ordered a 'dance' for me and I had one the the waitors/waitresses dance w/ me... they were like drapping their clothes on me and dancing on top of me...at the time I was mortified but the pics we have are priceless... I wish I had a scanner so I could show them to you... I do remember the food being alright... but the shows are def. worth it...
