Are you giving your girls a certain style to go by or are you letting the do whatever they want?

Ex. Up-do / Half up-Half Down / Off to the side / Etc.

I am doing my hair half up/half down and I like the way this picture is with all the girl's hair up. But I feel bad telling my girls that I want their hair a certain way.

They can do what they want, but I want everyone to look good.

I'm considering as a BM gift paying for everyone's hair and make up. What do you gals think??

I was going to ask them all to wear it up because I felt it would look awesome! But one of my BM's doesn't like her hair up so I may not do it. Of course if I do let them do whatever they want then she will be the only one with her hair gown. hmmmm... I don't know!

I go back and forth on this. I'm with you on the fact that I really like how all of their hair is up. But I do have a few girls who don't like their hair up. They don't like how they look that way.

So i think I am going to tell them they can do whatever they want, but they have to do something. I don't want it just blow out straight and down. thats boring.

I don't know what to do

Cuz I know some of my girls don't like all their hair up.. but I think it looks so elegant.

I am paying to have all the girls have updos...but the stylist will give them the updo that looks best on them while keeping the looks cohesive.

I have one BM with really short hair (like chin length or so) not sure what we'll do with her but...
