POLL! Choose my appetizer!!

The Pictures dont do the salads justice- they are both awesome!. The roasted pear salad has a warm pear with gorgonzola in the middle and greens next to it.
The beet salad is yellow beets so it looks really summery and elegant and is cold. its also amazing.

Roasted Pear Salad- mesclun greens, cashews, gorgonzola, white balsamic

Roasted Beet Salad- carmelized fennel, goat cheese, orange segments, sherry vinaigrette
