my dad has been playing the same numbers since the NY Lotto started...and has won a few small amounts here and there (he has a subscription)
do you think its worth it?

I have a subscription to Lotto because the ONE time I didn't renew it, my numbers came in for first prize and I would have won about $1,600. I also buy Mega Millions and extra Lotto when the jackpots get really high.
