Poll: Fast etiquette question

Dh's cousin's bday was May 16. With all the wedding chaos, we forgot to give her a gift (she gave both of us bday gifts last year).

Then, with the wedding drama with the other cousin, we weren't speaking for awhile.

So, now I realized that I neglected the gift and I'm thinking about sending her a giftcard with a brief apology for forgetting...

is it too late for this? Should I just forget it?

Totally you an -- you have very legitimate reasons to be delayed.

Re: Poll: Fast etiquette question

You could hold off and just give her a bigger Christmas gift with a note attached saying it is her b-day gift to and apologize for missing it with all the wedding stuff.

But you could send her something now too if you want. Its nice to get gifts any time, and I am sure she understands why she didn't get anything!! Thats so sweet!!
