I like the ornamet idea...b/c it 's something they likely wont throw out. And each Christmas they can be reminded of your weddding. I also like the cookie...b/c edible favors wont go to waste...but the ornament is a good idea

Only thing about the ornament - are you inviting any Jewish people to your wedding? We have a bunch (a lot of my work friends), so we felt wierd giving out an ornament. So we are doing snowflake coasters instead (picture in my album).
Just something to think about...

i like the ornament! I usually end up leaving behind edible favors b/c by the end of the night I'm so stuffed and am so determined to return to healthy eating that even the thought of carrying out an edible favor puts me over the edge! Plus, whenever people hang their ornament each year they will remember your wedding!

I like the ornament idea - and since your date is 1/2, people usually still have their trees up, which means they'll probably go home and put it right on the tree

Jews LOVE ornaments too! Honestly, I wish I had more of them so I could make my own chanukah bush at holiday time!

I like cookies...lol i love cookies. but the ornament is really cute too. both are good b/c they are practical, not junky.

Here's my thing with the ornament....I have the same date as you and I was orignally thinking of doing an ornament as well but then a bunch of people told me since its after Xmas, no one would use it. Some people might still have their tree up but some might have taken it down and packed everything away. So just keep this in mind. I do think its a cute idea but I was swayed otherwise.
