POLL: Florist delivery & set-up charge?

What is everybody being charged for your flower delivery & set up? What's the 'norm'?

yeah Pedestals didn't charge me for delivery and set up. For delivery i just tipped them when they delivered my personal flowers at the house.

And at the end of the night they sent 2 guys to come and wrap up the cp's to give out to guests as they were leaving and we also just tipped them.
