Poll: Forget the Caribbean, How about Mexico?

Ok, forget Jamaica because it got hit by Wilma (that b1tch!) and St. Lucia has a full rain forcast for the next week.

So, I can go to either Riu Palace Cabo or Dreams Los Cabos this weekend. Any feedback on either? I'm going to check Trip Advisor in the meantime.

ETA: Forget it, I have to cancel the whole trip because the whole Caribbean is stormy.

We went to RIU Palace and I can sum it up in one word: WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!

It was seriously the best decision we ever made regarding the wedding! The food was delicious, the resort itself was beautiful.

You never really hear of anyone going to RIU - its like a little secret but seriously it was great and not expensive either.

OOOOPS the Riu Palace we went to is in Riviera Maya Mexico (where the hurricane currently is)

Los Cabo is on the west side of Mexico

Cabo is on the Pacific coast of Mexico, so it's not forecasted to be touched at all by the hurricane.
