Poll: Freak Magnet!!!

With all this talk of toxic friends, and thinking back over former friendships and relationship, this question came to mind:

Are you a freak magnet?

Do weirdos gravitate to you as though you are the nougatty center of the universe?

Do strangers reveal inappropriately intimate details of their lives to you?

Not really, except for attracting you!!


BTW, we already know what a freak magnet you are ...

I try to be civil and polite to everyone and the freaks cannot see this, rather they think I am trying to be their friend. It's a curse.

I also have the face and demeanor that EVERYONE talks to and many said freaks feel free to share very intimate things with me. Things I don't want to know and wish I didn't. One of my friends thinks it is because I actually listen to people and focus my attention on them when they are speaking. So things that I describe as respectful and polite are misinterpreted as me being more interested in someone than I really am.

i can't really relate to this one, but it's a really funny spin on the conversation.

I put kinda , b/c i think I used to be more of a freak magnet in the past.

I guess being a hermit has its advantages.

Now the only freak attracted to me is my husband

Well, I post on this forum for wedding planning and these strange people keep FMing me and laughing at my posts.....so I guess you could call me a freak magnet!

Same here! It's a curse!

Try teaching - imagine the kinds of students I get hanging around me as a freak magnet.....

YES!!!!!!!!! At every wedding/shower/store I get to stand enxt to the big freak who feels the need to tell me WAY to much information!!!!

Example: Just lst month at a family friends baby shower this woman decided to tell me how she'd love to be smoking a big fatty right now. She was in her late 40's! Then about 15 min later she told me this story on how her & her husband got lost in their own neighborhood when the decided to do shrooms before they went for a walk. And EVERYWHERE I went there she was. MENTAL!!!!!!

Hmmmm...I think I've attracted less freaks in London than in NY...but it's because people mistake my blank looks for interest and somehow fool themsevles into thinking that I'm nice!
