MLSLI, Newsday.Com, Prudential.com. I get daily email alerts. The one that I will hopefully go into contract for tonight was not listed on any of those. I just happened to drive by it.

When we started looking, I was pulling all the listings from MSL and having our real estate agent set up the appointments/take us through.
In retrospect, we didn't need a buyers agent, they really share the same interest as the sellers agent - get the deal done! I was pretty much doing all the work anyway. At the end of it, we liked the selling agent better than our our buyers agent.
Next time, we won't be using an agent but there's always a first time!
