I can't pick one...it totally depends on the topic. Some things offend me very easily, while other things roll off my back that would offend others easily. It also depends on who is saying it.

I would say that for the MOST part, I am 'average' but of course there are certain topics to which I am more sensitive than others.... I think that would be the case with most people... a joke or comment about the topics they are more sensitive about will more easily offend them...

I VERY rarely get offended. Don't kno why.
And I sometimes stare at those that get offended easily... don't know why for that either.. lolol.

I'm usually not very offended at all. I think it's sometimes best to just laugh about things and not be so serious about them. Occasionaly, though, I get upset when someone makes a particular joke in company that is seriously offended by it (does that make sense?)

I think politically incorrect jokes can be really mean.

I voted 'average' because compared to some people, including my friends and family, I find myself much less offended by things that they usually are offended by. I think unfortunately I have become a bit 'desensitized' by certain things, whereas when I was younger I would have surely been offended.

However as so many others of you have posted, it really does depend on who is saying it, the tone and/or nature of the statement, joke, etc. on whether or not I will be offended.

Things that are indisputably meanspirited, derogatory or degrading towards any man or woman of any culture or nationality I am HIGHLY offended by , no matter what the tone or nature of the statement

Everything offends me....the fact that you asked this question offends me..... the font used offends me...

In reality, I do not like jokes made about people who cannot defend themselves....that really bothers me & I usually will speak up about it. Other than that it is open season as far as I'm concerned.

I think for me, it's much less about what's being said or done, what pushes it one way or the other is WHO is saying or doing something.
