My MOH is starting to plan a bachelorette, nothing set in stone or anything, just some ideas being thrown around. Already BM are complaining to me it is too much money!
I don't want them to go bankrupt or anything, but I do want to have fun with everyone! I know what ever we'll do, we'll do it in the city, so the prices are higher there to start with!
So my question, When you go to a bachelorette party, how much do you expect to pay?

def have moh check with the girls and see how much they are willing to spend. I was in a bridal party where the moh dictated everything and then expected the other bms to fork over a certain amount of money. I agree that they should be sharing the cost, but the BMs should have definite input as to how much they want to spend, not everyone has unlimited funds.

that's really up to whatever the girls are comfortable with in my opinion. Most girls in my group of friends go away for at least one night so it gets much more expensive, but no one complains about it. it's fun!

I'd say $100pp is reasonable. I'm pretty sure that mine was actually less than that, which I'm happy about, and I had an amazing time!!!

It also depends on where you're going and what the plans are. If your MOH is planning a limo, she might want to reconsider and just take a cab. Things definitely start to add up but she should talk with all the girls because they may have some good ideas.

I agree, in the past, I've paid anywhere between 50 and 100

I think it all depends upon who your girls are...and what they can afford. Have your MOH talk to them...if some of them are working and making $$, and others are in school- maybe (if they're good friends anyway) some of them would be willing to bear a heavier financial burden. Otherwise, I'd say bring the price down- you shouldn't need to spend a small fortune to have a 'bachellorette' party, it's just a night out with the girls.
That is definately true. All of them are working. No one is saving for weddings anymore - they all got married last year or before.

My MOH has been my best bud for 22 years and she is going all out for me......And this is the first time she has ever been in a bridal party. But i told her to make sure she is not expecting the same from the rest of the BP, they are all very close friends and family but the MOH ideas for the bachlorette party may put some of the BM into hock mode.
So I told her to keep things calm...not crazy......

You are right about that! They complained about the Limo, so I told my MOH not to do that. At least, they will save some money there!

I think it depends on what you are getting for your money. I have no problem spending a couple of hundred if it is worth it. But I wouldn't want to spend $60 if it didn't buy me anything.
