Alright I know I’ve been gone again because I have been preparing for our new MALTESE PUPPY! He is from the best show dog lines in the country and weighs just under 1.5 pounds at 11 weeks. We can only estimate, but based on his champion lineage and size now, he should be between 2.5 to 3.5 pounds full grown. He is now 6 inches long and 4 inches tall but it's hard to tell. He would be watched for show quality if not for his tiny size.
We will pick him up in a couple of weeks so please help me name him ASAP! The name MUST be *** DISNEY *** like our other maltese dog, Snow White. We wanted to name him a dwarf but do not like the names. His personality is incredible – he acts like a beanie baby and lies in the palm of my hand upside down, gives kisses, and snuggles up to my neck. Then he runs and plays like crazy with his playmates but always looks for me to check in. The pics below were taken at a dog show. We have a name we think is THE ONE but thanks in advance for your opinions! I adore this baby and he’ll be our ring bearer, along with Snowy the maltese (flower girl).

More Pics... the adult dog is his 'cousin' from the same great-grandpa who sired the most champions of any maltese in history. I am so proud of my baby and he is sooo sweet.
And no, that is not me holding him up, that is an 85-year-old lady who offered me $3500 for him on the SPOT and was coveting him haha! He's priceless to me.

Last set of pics - I adore this tiny man haha! The last photo is the first one I ever saw of him from the breeder. If you want to know about MALTESE DOGS, send me a forum mail!

Re: POLL: Name Our Maltese Puppy Ring Bearer ASAP!
Oh thank you all SO MUCH for your input! I am counting the moments until that tiny man maltese is in my arms again and home haha!
We are definitely leaning toward a name that can end in 'Y' as a nickname. For instance, our Snow White is called SNOWY for short. I loooove GUS and Prince Charming but just don't like GUSS-Y or PRINCE-Y. Haha I know it's silly.
Maltese are just so incredible. My Snowy knows 51 dog tricks including the hokey pokey, telling L and R paws apart by listening to voice inflection, and her newest... european kiss. Jeff taught her that in Paris, where she will nuzzle our one cheek and then the other.
The reason for the DISNEY name is that other pets in our life have been the following: Beauty & the Beast, (Bibbidi-Bobbidi) Boo, Tigger from Winnie the Pooh, and of course Snow White.
Any other ideas???
