Ok ladies honest opinions here I have to choose between having my first corse as option 1: 2 different things like fruit cocktail and then salad or pasta and then salad.... or Option 2: having a duo where a salad and mozzarella etc come out all at once.
did I explain that right? basically option people having to sit down for 2 courses and option 2 they are only sitting for 1 and have more time to dance I dont know HELP!

the duet is good bc its less time that your sitting and eating and more dance and drinking time!!

I'm getting married at the Harbor Club too. My mom has been there for events before and said one of the duos was yucky. I think it was the one with the shrimp.
I;m going to do 2 separate courses. Probably fruit and then a garden salad. I;m also gettin married at 1pm.

I think that people will only eat what is there when they are. With that being said I think the courses are wonderful but will likely go uneaten.

i like the duo better b/c people spend less time sitting and more time mingling and dancing
