I have heard nothing. They like to tell us AT the time we are to leave, thus eliminating all possilibity of making plans. I just want to beat the traffic - I drive past a mall on the way home and it is HELLISH

They should have let you stay home!

I'm out around 3; I have work to do, then work for another job to do while at this job.

Ditto. And last time, we were given the go-ahead at about 3 and I wasn't told I could leave until 4pm. A full 30 MINUTES before the end of my day.

I have cookies to bake dammit, don't they understand?!

this is my problem. I get out at 4:30 - so sometimes they let everyone leave 'early' at 4:30, which is wonderful for the 5pmers, but does nothing for me. If anything it piss-es me off - royally.

Me too. Which is why I should have come in at 9 today instead of 8. No one would have known either.

My co-worker is HOPING for an early dismissal. I highly doubt it but it's good to hope and wish..
