I have a suggestion...
If you're going to use the bubbles after your ceremony, you might want to tie the tulle around the bottle neck, so people don't have to wrestle with it in order to blow bubbles...

the tag looks nice, but i think guests are going to be fumbling with it trying to get the top of the bubbles off. love the little rose though!
