We are paying for the majority of it. My parents are paying for my dress and have contributed some $ for the reception.

We're paying for more than half. My father says he'll contribute but we haven't seen a penny yet (I think he thinks he'll just give us a big fat wedding present - which I am extremely grateful for!) and FH's grandfather has given us a little to help with the photographer.

We're less than 5 months away and bills are really starting to come in - I don't know how we're going to do it, honestly.

We are prob gonna end up paying for more than half. My dad is giving us a decent amount and FH's parents will prob give a contribution too but so far we have been doing all of the payments and deposits.

im right there with u! im realllllly hoping for some help from my parents but we havent seen or heard about any help yet..and i really hope its not a wedding present bc i need it before the wedding not after lol...and fhs parents are paying for dj and florist..but i really dont know how we are going to pay for the whole hall, church, photo/video, dress, assessories, favors, invites, etc.......... (the list just seems to go on forever)

I know all about those bills! And we just put down a deposit on our apartment. We're adding rent to the bills! It's a little scary right now.

our parents are contributing a certain amount and then we're picking up the rest (which is budgeted to be the same as our parents are giving, but will end up being more)

We are paying for most of it, however both of our parents have given us a gift for the wedding to help with the bills.. we both havent accepted it yet hoping to not use any of it and bank it! My mom is also paying for my dress yaya!

Both parents have been amazing - we're paying a little more than half at the end of the day, but I don't know how we would do it without our parents! They have all been very generous!
