Poll: tablecloth color for eparty....FH and I can't agree

I know this is stupid, but our eparty is January 19th in a fireman's hall so I'm thinking black for our tablecloth colors. FH is against black, so I said royal or navy. Something wintery, even a burgundy. What do you think? I'm going to do candles, confetti and balloons on the tables.

Can anyone post pics they may have of wintery table cloth colors? The room isn't exactly what I would pick out (but we're getting a good deal because it's through a friend) so I really plan to use a lot of candles to hide the 'blahness' of it.
