I am at the Fox Hollow in the Winter Garden Pavillion on a Sat night. My colors are black, white, and dark red (just in the red roses). Assuming the plates will be white.
Centerpieces are black magic roses - mix of high and low and lots of candles and rose petals on tables.

Definitely have to agree - go with white - you don't want too much black.... You can do black UNDER the white...that may be a nice look!

Black will be wayyyyyyy too dark. Go with white... and what about maybe doing a black table runner to bring in that color....
