excellent question
i like a variety, usually american
sometimes mozarella, sometimes cheedar
i like gravy to dip them in to make it REALLY healthy too

I'm a mozarella girl.

Occasionally I'll splurge if were at a diner and get a side order of gravy to dip them in... Good Stuff right thur!

I remember the first time I went to a diner in college, in PA, and I asked for cheese fries and I was HORRIFIED... truly HORRIFIED that they put cheez wiz on them! Deeeeeeeeeesgusting! So I asked if they could put on Mozzarella instead and they looked at me like I had 4 heads...

sounds good to me...but not tonight - we're going to a wedding (3rd weekend in a row 5th one this year - not counting our's)

french fries with mozzerella cheese and gravy on the side.. used to be my late night drunk meal!!!!

Doesn't really matter to me. Whatever I'm in the mood for. Either American, cheddar, or mozarella.

American or mozarella are my fav's but almost any cheese will do, I love cheese!

we always got mozz and gravy with our fired in college - but now i have branched out - sometimes i like cheedar, or a colby jack.....or most anything...well, excpet toe cheese!

sadly though the fresh pond diner is closed they had the best potato delights at 4 in the am
