I love love love the rain. Last night was so nice to curl up all warm in bed and listen to the big fat rain drops.
So the question is.. what type of rain do you like.
We'll assume you don't have to DRIVE in this rain, walking only!
And walking only if you want to. That makes a difference for me.

I don't like getting wet usually...but I LOVE a good t-storm.....once in awhile I'll play in the rain when the urge hits....

I don't really mind rain too much, especially when I have a lot of work to do and I don't want to be tempted to go outside. I don't like thunderstorms, though, because my dog gets upset!

I was raised in Texas... loved to walk out on the porch and look at the thunder chase itself in the clouds...
ETA: That and in the southern areas you get Sun Showers. Sunny day rain. Its so nice. I remember laying out in the rain.. if it’s heavy enough rain and it’s warm enough it’s like nothing I can name… little warm droplets all over.. Lighter than a traditional shower (bathroom) but heavier than a sprinkle. AHHH so nice.
As a little girl I used to wake up in the middle of the night and sit out in the living room to watch the thunderstorms. They were spectacular. I even watched a house get hit and flame. Ok, so I woke up dad and screamed fire but it was cool. We called the fire department and everyone was safe (Dad went out to help) and we invited them all in for hot chocolate and watched the Fire department handle the fire. No real major damage. Just scared them more than anything.
I miss a GOOD drenching rainstorm.

I loooooooove the rain. there is something so romantic about rainy days. i love rainy days with an old lamp by my side, a good book and some ella fitzgerald and louis armstrong on the cd player. life is amazing then!

Uh..hello? Look at my name!!! The best rain showers are the ones in the summer!! Either the torrential downpours with a big thunderstorm or the unexpected sun showers that happen in the middle of a really hot day!

I am not sure which is the cause and which is the effect -- but every time it rains my FH and I get -- amorous -- in a biiig way!!
So yes --- I REALLY REALLY like when it rains!

is it raining in Long Island? It seems so dreary here. At least when I look out the window (which is, I admit a little up high)
I love rain but I hate when it wont decide if it wants to rain or not... that sorta in between stage.. Just RAIN already!
So what's the weather like where you are?
ETA: Im midtown 42 stories high.. can't see crap out the windows. I assume is raining tho.
