Poll: Which would you choose?

My photography package comes with the Thank You cards that are little wallets slid into card holders.

I have always LOVED the cards that have the pic printed on the front of them. To upgrade to this style, it will cost me about $130 extra. My photographer wrote up my contract with the wallets and a $150 credit I can use to either upgrade the Thank You's or add pages to my album.

So now I am thinking I can just order the Thank You Cards that match my invites and stick the wallets inside of them (and get more pages in my album) or, do you think I should upgrade to the thank you cards that I really love?

Anyone ever receive a thank you with a wallet stuck inside? Is that wierd?

i am not getting thank yous that match my invites
i am getting the ones from the photographer that have the pic on the front

it was included in my package

I havent done photograhpy yet, but I would like the ones with the 'collage' type of pics on the front.

i picked the thank u cards from the photographer bc i love how those thank you cards look better..but thats just my opinion..if u really love the thank yous that match ur invites and rather putthe money towards something else..then go for it!

I'm not matching my thank you cards to the invites. I'm getting mine from the photographer with the pic on front too. It was in my package.

Did you check prices with the photog. for the thank yous? I found the thank yous that match the invites to be pricey so something without a pic. The price of my photogs. Thank yous was not much more.

ETA- I love your invites!

I love the collage type thank yous - they will be $130 to upgrade to with the photographer.

The thank yous that match my invites are like 50 bucks.

I could always upgrade to the Thankyous with my photographer and still add pages to my album, but then I will be over budget.....

Knowing me, that is probably what I will do.

I said wallet size pics...only because I think I'd rather have the extra pgs in the album. No offense, but reality is that everyone throws out the thank yous anyway. Now with technology being what it is, you can always scan a few really nice wedding pics and send them to the people you want to. That's what I'm planning on doing

i have gotten a thank you with a wallet pic in it before. i think you should just do that if it will stay in your budget b/c reallly, i doubt the people who get the thank you are really going to care what kind of card you give them. as long as you have a pic in there, that should be nice enough, and i think thats all anyone would care about. i def. think it is better to have extra pages in your album b/c years from now u will still be looking at those pics, people will prob only keep your thank you up for a short time anyway. just my opinion though. it helps to stay in budget on the little things

i LOVE the picture front thank yous

BUT for me personally i prefer the wallets stuck inside bc i through out the TY and I keep the wallet - i have all the wallets from the weddings i have been to and i am also getting them for my TYs
