A few people, on another thread, mentioned how NWR will probably change due to LIF.

I think it will definitely change, but not sure if for better or worse
Oops forgot to vote.. I think this board evolves a LOT (I know its changed drastically since I had first joined) and having LIFs in the mix is definitely going to take some members away from here
I still feel weird leaving LIWs altogether though!!

It's LIFamilies, sort of like the sister board for LIWeddings. It's run by Ron&Liz and a lot of LIW members are posting over there. It's family-centric.

I do think it's going to change, but I don't know if it will be better or worse. It will be quieter for awhile, but I think that will change with time.

imo..i thought it would but after some thought...i feel that for a while it will get really boring here...The people who stayed quiet are now going to be more vocal ...The righteous people who just whine about posters...will stay here...
BUT i do think that those who leave here or post less frequently will be replaced by new ones...the bullies, the bullied, KIA's...all of them. SO inevitably LIW stays the same..
And the whiners...they are all the more pissy because they thought things would change for the better!

i think once the LIF fever breaks, nwr will be right back where it was. maybe change for the better but i don't think it was do a complete 180.

I think it will change. I am not sure if some people will leave LIW for LIF. That may bring some new blood to this board. I don't know how popular LIF is going to be and if people want to post on both boards though.
