Poll: Willi Wong or Something in Blue

I am torn between two photographers - Willi Wong and Something in Blue. They are both photojournalistic and artistic, but they are hard to compare. SIB is cheaper by a little bit, but they also give you ten 8x10s and an unmarked photo cd (I don't know if WW gives you the cd-rom)

I am going for additional meetings with them this week - can I have your opinions, please? TIA!

I've heard good things about Willi, but never met with them.

I never heard of SIB but recently there was a bride on the Knot who had an issue with them, and I think someone came on and posed as a bride then reported her. I assumed it was the vendor, so I lost all respect for that.

I was just thinking the same thing! The 'bride' who reported her got her thrown off the knot! In addition, all of a sudden a past bride posted in their favor and she hasn't posted in ages. It was almost like they had her post on purpose. Very strange. I would stay away...

I also read and was going to say the samething about Something in Blue.

Definitely Willi Wong by far - his work is absolutely remarkable.

i saw this too. i think both do phenomenal work, but i'm a little more partial to willi.

I didn't meet with Willi Wong but I booked SIB. I don't know what happened on the knot but in all honesty no vendor is 100%...100% of the time. It's the 1st time I'm hearing anything negative about them. I totally loved their style and we really clicked with Jack and Margaret which was difficult to do with many others. Either way you decide they both do beautiful work so it's just a matter of who you feel more comfortable with.
