I do not know if I wanna do a classic oldie car & two 8 passenger limos. Or one classic Oldie car & 1 - 14 passenger limo. OR just two 8 passenger limos alone. OR 1 Excalade or Hummer (& let the guys get to the church by themselves & hope in the limo after).
Background info: I'm getting ready in a hotel, but the guys are getting ready only 5 minutes from the church. So I don't know about getting a guy limo before the ceremony just to drive them 5 minutes too But I need enough room for the guys & girls to go from the church to the reception hall.

That is cool too. Yeah I guess any specialty car will do. I was just even wondering about that separate transport. let me change the poll a bit to reflect.

Re: Polling your Thoughts
we are a little different b/c we are getting married at the RH, but I am taking a limo from my house to the RH in the morning with the BOP and all my family and FH is taking one from his parents house to the RH.
Its a lot of money IMO, but if its something important to you and you are willing to make fit in your budget- then go for it.

I don't necessarily think it's a waste for anyone. I think it's pretty cool. We are not doing it just to save money. It's one of the areas I will cut corners.
This is what we're doing. FH and the guys will be getting ready at his parents house which is 5 minutes from the church. The limo is picking me and my BP up wherever I may be getting ready (mine and FH's place or a hotel) and dropping us off at the church. Then the same limo is going to FIL's to get the guys. That's really all you need.

I was thinking about that too. But I didn't want to be there before the guys, I didn't want him to see me before the wedding & while there may be a place to hang out before hand I do not want to be waiting. I would get all nervous anyway just hanging round. & knowing FIL's & my FH they would run late anyway, I rather I give them an earlier time than really is, in hopes that they actually get there by the time they really need to.

Re: Polling your Thoughts
I cant really choose one of the above bc I'm getting married at the RH and going to see FH before hand for pics.. so no limo or car is necessary

I am really starting to think that is the least stressful way to do it. I would but I already did precana & the church was so nice to us, it would be hard to turn around & do the hall ceremony..

Re: Polling your Thoughts
I wanted the classic car, but FH wanted to go to the RH with the bridal party....so we decided to do an escalade limo to pick up one of us (don't know if it'll be for my side or his) to get to the church....and a 10 passenger limo....and then from church to RH....the bridal party will go in the escalade and our families will go in the lincoln

Re: Polling your Thoughts
I'm not getting one because we'll have our alone time later plus we're not going to need it because we won't see each other until the ceremony and it's at our RH. So we just need a limo for me, the BMs and my family and then the FH said him and the guys are gonna shuttle bus it with the OOT guests (since the groom & GM) are all from Rochester...
I don't think I would have one anyway, I rather just celebrate with my BP and then have alone time AFTERwards.
