my soon to be nieces and nephews dog just died. some one ran him over while the little boy was walking him on a leash (they almost hit him!) and they are so sad. they were gonna bring the dog with them when they came up here in feb for our wedding

yeah - and then the guy had the nerve to say that he wasn't responsible for it. They had to put the dog to sleep

Sounds like major reckless driving. Was the guy texting? If he hit the dog as the boy was walking him, that is reallllly close. Did they call the cops? I would've!!!!

omg. awful. losing a pet is terrible no matter what but what an awful thing to happen... especially for a kid
