Popping in on a venue?

Anyone not make an appointment and just stop by to look at a venue?

Unfortunately no. Any venues we went see to see we called and made an appointment

I think it was jerri oh terrace that fidnt take apts. I'm not 100% sure though Bc we never ended up going.

This is true. Jericho terrace was the only place that wouldn't even take an appointment unless you were coming for a second viewing. Everywhere else we made appointments. I would at least call ahead because you don't want to end up sitting in the lobby waiting for an hour because they have other tours or going there for no reason because they can't fit you in.

A couple of times I called venues & told them I was in the area & would it be okay if I stopped by now.. they were always ok with it but I never just showed up

we stopped in at the woodlands because we happened to be down the road looking at crest hollow. They took us around but you could tell the lady wasn't happy

I popped in on many venues for the first look. I made appointments when I was more serious.

We popped in on The Riviera & Thatched Cottage when we were initially looking, and booked Thatched Cottage the 2nd time we went back. When we were re-booking our wedding, we had no choice because we were only 8 months out from our date and SO MANY places were booked, so we couldn't waste time just popping in.

Yes we popped in on the bourne mansion and there was actually a wedding going to take place soon so the entire place was decorated beautifully..but it was out of our budget..
