Re: possible BM & JR BM dresses!!

Honest opinion? I like the second adult dress--in the first one I don't like the little triangle by the bodice, it almost looks like the dress is ripped or something. But how old are your jr bridesmaids? I don't like it when sophisticated adult bridesmaids dresses are exactly the same in the junior version other than a pair of tiny straps, as if the addition of a pair of spaghetti straps makes them appropriate for a child. It's too Jon-Benet for me. I had a hard time finding appropriate jr bridesmaids dresses. Eden has nice jr bridesmaids, as does Forever Yours, but not all of theirs, not by a long shot. Alfred Angelo does too. I'd much rather see a girl in a Wawa dress and have the adults in Watters or Wtoo. Mine is Forever Yours, #75115, but it's a fairly casual, sundress kind of look.

As I said---just my opinion.

Love them both!!!!!!! The 1st one is really beautiful!!!!!

ETS: A 13 y/o should be fine in either of those dresses.

Re: possible BM & JR BM dresses!!

you dont have to limit yourself to dresses that come in jr sizes. i had my jr bm (age 8) in the same dress as my BMs, but what we did is order hers in the smallest adult size and then had it altered to fit her (like the chest wasnt sweetheart for her, but fit straight across, it was strapless, but they added straps for her).

13? I think a thirteen year old would be OK, but it depends. Some girls are incredibly awkward at that age. Putting a girl like that into a grown-up dress might make her awkwardness stand out more. Or then there was me at 13: I was 5'10' with a 36C chest. You wouldn't have wanted me dressed like an 18-year-old either, for a different reason.

Best thing to do--ask the girl's mom.

JMO
My Moh tried on the first dress... and for some reason all i could think of was a commercial for the dress store pzazz that was in west babylon in the 80's or early 90's.... i dunno why i just saw it on her and thought of the 80's.... i think it looks nicer in a picture
(i realize i sound like a lunatic... i hope im making sense)
