It's Swarovski- I got ot from a bride on the knot that never used it and decided to use hair pins instead. I know department stores and the swarovski stores sell it- I have also seen it on ebay- it is called the princess tiara

I got mine at Patchogue Bridal Suite. I love it! It has fresh water pearls on it. (it's not blue, that's just from the flash!)
