I found this dress on the FG search on theknot.com. I think it's a little out of my price range as it has $$$ next to price. It's gorgeous though!!
Anyway, its a Katina Katoo and style #6016.
It is available in diff. colors.

It was a toss up for me, 'cause I loved the one I picked and the Katina Katoo, but I saw the Katina Katoo it was out of my price range, too.
