I just cant stop eating today!! I had my usual bfast... greek yogurt, salad for lunch.. and now I want peanuts, chocolate, anything.. you name it!!! Im sure it doesnt help that I just got my period... but I need help.. tell me to stop!!!!!

im gonna try to stick to the good stuff and drink lots of water today.. plus I have parent teacher conferences.. so I have to eat dinner out tonight.... its gonna be a long day of bad eating AND no gym!!!! How am I ever going to prepare for this wedding!!!

I just raided Rite Aid and got all the half priced candy. I do it every year and I come home with so much candy for a small price. I love it.
