Post hurricane deals??

I am noticing some of the hotels I was looking into for the HM are currently renovating or just done renovating due to hurricane damage last year and this year. Is it possible these hotels might be cheaper now because of this, or will they charge more because things will be renovated? (We will not be taking our HM during hurricane season)
