Post Office Hates Brides

Postage is going up (again) on May 12th.

You can buy their 'forever' stamps at the current price and they are good forever, no matter how high the postage rates go.

However...
Why can't they have pretty 'forever' stamps?
All they have is the stupid Liberty Bell.
The Post Office is seeming like all the other bridal businesses, trying to get more money out of us

of course I'm planning to mail my invites like 2 weeks later
And even f I mailed them before the new postage rates, how do I pt postage on the RSVPs. I don't know when people are going to mail them back to me, before or after the rate hike

i have some extra 58 stamps i should try to sell them off soon

u couldnt use the forever stamps anyway if you have a regualr wedding invote....doesnt the forever stmp cover what postage is at the current time for regular mail? for invites you need the .58 cent stamp usually. ( for invites with invitation rsvp card recption card etc.....cause it weight more than normal mail).....those are pretty heart stamps

figures when im ready to send out invites the price is going to go up, like we dont already have enough to pay for

I had a feeling this would happen AGAIN that is why I didnt start stocking up on stamps!! LOL

ugh how annoying is this...and they dont even have any choices for pretty stamps. Just the hearts..thats your only choice....is anyone getting those custom stamps where you can pick waht you want on it?

I think I am going to buy them for the return envelopes.. so I cn save like 100 pennies LOL. Dont they make it go up way to often?
