Well recently I found out that a number of invitations have not arrived. I sent them out almost two weeks ago. This has created quite an issue with my family and coworkers. Has this happened to anyone else? Did the invites eventually get there? I dont' want people to think they were on the B list!!!

I put my invitations in a regular old mailbox and everybody got them. Getting their responses back, however, is a different story...

how thick and heavy were the envelopes?
I've heard horror stories of shredded envelopes arriving in ziplock bags... usually due to stubborn postal workers wedging fat envelopes in the machine instead of hand processing them...
I don't know what could have happened to your invitations, but I'd start contacting friends and family to make sure no one feels left out...
We had fairly light / thin envelopes, and only lost one invitation (out of 45) to the mail system. Oddly, the one lost invitation was to an address only 2 blocks away go figure.

That's actually happening to me right now! So far three are missing in the mail. And that 's that I know of who knows how many I don't know of.

Okay well at least I am not the only one. They were not that thick! The ones that are missing were to the same town that it was mailed in. Ugh!
