Post pics of your placecards pleeeeease....

Hi everyone,

I am looking for romantic looking placecard ideas. Our theme is poetry, so the tables are named after famous poets with poems on each table.

Please post your placecard ideas or any pics you've found...

I have a garden theme wedding so I'm making paper flowers for the placecards. Eventually I'll attach the leaf that will have the names and table on it

we are too!

still waiting on the rest of our rsvps but they will be similar to the bottom layout (white on blue, with blue ribbon)

Edit: that's not the right shade of blue in my sample, i have paper that matches the ribbon

I know I had posted my placecards previously but I saw these and really wanted them so I had to redo all of them.

we did a beachy theme so we did message in a bottle placecards. they all had a thank you letter in them.

maybe you could do something and print a poem for the inside.

Thanks. I made them with a corner puncher and a lot of cardstock paper.

I will have envelope place cards and then at the table the menus will all have their individual names on them.

In elegant bride this month they show a picture of a bride who created 'bookmark' placecards. they are basically cardstock with names and a ribbon woven in the end to hang out like a book mark. This might go well with your poetry theme. You might want to try and get the magazine to see the pic. I'll look for it online in the meantime.
