Post pictures of CP's

I need some serious help. I saw my sample CP today and was very unhappy.. I can't decide what I like. I really want to do pink roses but no idea what to do....

Can we see your sample? Maybe we could offer ideas for modifying it!

Re: Post pictures of CP's

Honestly I didnt even take a picture of it, it was just like a dozen hot pink roses in a small vase.. they were tiny roses that werent even open, she said she can have them more open but I still am not sure i was thrilled with them, they were very small.

My issue is I dont like alot of greenery and I dont like babies breathe and i am also working on my FMIL's budget and she just doesn't understand how much wedding flowers cost and unfortunately we don't have extra money to throw in.

I have alot of time so I am basically just looking for any ideas just to get me thinking etc...

Thanks girls

Here's mine.. but I don't think it's going to help much. I'm having a Christmas theme.

You could always put something nice together like candels. There is so much you can do out side flowers if you wanted.. Just an idea

Thank you very much... this is pretty much what she made me except none of the roses were open and they were small and I dont think she used as many roses so It looked so small..but i love how this picture looks, and what I was envisioning in my mind before we went.

I'm going to see if this posts...it's maybe a bit more winter, but it's what I've been steered to to keep the budget down. You can do pink roses on the table with the candles instead.

what about mixing the roses with a 'fuller' flower. like hydrangeas...i dont know if they are in season but you could find out.

or decorate around the centerpiece.....

Ours are going to be something like this...

Its branches, green w/ re tipped hydrangeas, red roses and creme roses.

The one we're going to do for our reception will be fuller (more branches, hydrangeas, and red roses) and have candles cascading down too.

This was someting Stefan's just had pre made on a whim, but we really liked it. ITs more rustic and vineyard-esque..

Our guy there is going to do a mock up for us in a few weeks I'll be sure to post pics.

I hate fillers and greenery too! I specified that at every florist we went to, and one still said, oh, i'll just put it at the base of your bo-k! Um, NO! I know carnations are usually regarded as corny (and being a January baby, i tend to think so too), but when done right, they look amazing. Check out this bo-k from the gallery above:
