Post wedding blues??

Hello, I just got back from a long weekend in the Bahamas as my bachelorette party. I had such a relaxing time, little or no thinking of the big day which is quickly approaching (April 7th). Very nice to not have to think and plan for 4 whole days. I was, however, bummed out this morning trying to get back into the swing of things. This is only after 4 days with my MOH and a BM. How will I cope once the wedding and all the hopla is over. Plus, I will have to come back to reality after spending my honeymoon (a 7 day cruise) with my new hubby. I am a bit nervous that I will be throughly depressed once all this planning and excitement it over. Any soon to be brides thinking about this?? Or any new brides dealing with or dealt with this? Thanks!! LM

Post wedding blues??

I am looking forward to my wedding which is 6 months away but sometimes wish it to not come to quickly. I am enjoying the planning and hate the idea of how quick the day will be go. What gets me through is the excitement of all the new things that will come as a new married couple. We have plans for our future and our two incomes will let us live out those dreams. There will be new fun things to plan. I can understand your feelings but it will be great and you will have your pictures and memories to enjoy forever. Good luck.

Post wedding blues?--LisaMaye

LisaMaye, I was married on April 7, 2000 and loved every minute of my planning until the very end. i have to be honest, nothing stressed me out during that whole process, and I was VERY sad after the wedding. I missed all the planning and the showcases, etc, that I've decided to make a career out of it! Good Luck on your big day, I'll be praying for good weather!

I've been having so much fun with all I'm doing to plan my wedding, that I've been thinking of getting into the business somehow. I don't think my fi would go for the idea, though.

Tracey...

I'd love to talk offline about your business. The thought has crossed my mind once or twice during the past year and a half. My email address is [email protected]. Please drop me a line! Thanks, LisaM
