Getting married on a Sat. For the guests of the hotel we are having a brunch on that Sun which we have to pay per person.
Where should I put the brunch info? Should it be on the accomadation card and the rsvp card? Because we need to know how many people we have to pay for.
And what should it/they say?
Is anyone doing the same?

Re: Post Wedding Brunch Question Need Wording Help
I added up all the people I KNOW ae going to come. Then I just guaranteed a number to the hotel and they will charge me whatever the rest is when the brunch is over. Im putting that info on the gift bags for the guests who are staying at the hotel not the invites. HTH
If you put it on the invites - some may just say yes theyre coming and then not show if theyre hungover or tired so you dont want to pay for all those people...

I'm also doing a brunch. We'll have a separate card drawn up (b/c I'm not inviting the world to the brunch) saying something like:
'Please join us for brunch the following morning at 10:30 at the Hilton'
For some, I KNOW they'll be there (bridal party + some OOT guests) and for the others, I might just give them a call once I receive their RSVP.

I'm putting a note in the OOT bags about the shuttle and the bus. As for knowing the amount of people that will be there, we are estimating based on number of rooms booked and BP members.

Re: Post Wedding Brunch Question Need Wording Help
I am putting the invite on the gift bags. I have requested a room booking report and by that I calced how many ppl to expect (I mean all of them need to eat breakfast, no?). then I added me and my family and just gave on the lower side the guarantee.
I have no idea how to word the invite well, this is all on FH - so sorry no help

We did the same thing, we noted it on the OOT box to join us for breakfast the next morning. Our hotel gave us authority on their website to review who booked their rooms for our wedding and how many people were to a room. So we were able to figure out how many people were attending and a guestimate of price.
We noted the OOT box stating ' Please join the bride and groom for a complimentary breakfast at (Location) from (time) to (time)'

Our brunch info is on the accommodations card ('For those guests staying at the hotel, please join us for brunch on Sunday at xx) - AND there's spot to RSVP on the RSVP card b/c we needed an exact ## too.
