Here are my ideas:
BP Processional: Sheep May Safely Graze (Bach)
OR Sleepers Awake (Bach) which is actually my first choice...it's just not on the list the organist gave us.

Bride Processional: Trumpet Voluntary

Responsorial: I Have Loved You (I think!)

Unity Candle: One Hand One Heart

Recessional: Wedding March from A Midsummer Night's Dream (to me it the quintessential music that means, hey, we just got married!)

Hearing the soundclips on wed alert website makes me so depressed...I really wish i could afford to hire outside musicians!! I would kill for a flute and guitar!!!

Love Handel! If I had a strings ensemble, I'd definitely go with more of his music! Good choices!

I like Bach for the organ..but there's something about Trumpet Voluntary that I feel is so bride-like. That's why the BP will get Bach!

we went a little more non-traditional:

BP Processional: 'The Prayer'

My entrance: 'All I ask of You' Phantom of the Opera

Vows: 'Thank You' Led Zeppelin

Sand Ceremony: 'Come What May' Moulin Rouge

Rose Presentation to Moms: 'You Raise Me Up' Josh Groban

Recessional/Pronouncement: 'Bittersweet Symphony' The Verve

all played by a string trio

we're going non -trad... we're having ed travers sing for our ceremony and cocktail hour, he'll be playing the following for ceremony:

-BP processional- Van Morrison 'warm love'
-Bride processional- Van Morrison 'crazy love'
-Reception- James Taylor 'How Sweet it is'
-i think Jimmy Buffett's 'Salty Peice of Land' during sand ceremony or just some nice acoustic

thats all we have figured out so far!

You girls are so lucky to go with non-traditional. My church won't allow it. I was DYING to walk down to the Beatles! Instrumental of course- but they still won't allow it!
