I'm beginning to think about the dinner menu for the reception and wondering what is best : -seperate appetizer / salad course or combined? - fruit and melon or pasta? - chateau briand or filet mignon? - salmon or tuna? - 6 chaffing dishes or 3 w/ a wok, pasta, or mashed potato bar?
So many decisions and everything sounds so good!

I onoly have one suiggestion...a separate appetizer and salad cuts into the dance time, you have to get up and sit down twice...that is why I decided to combine the two!
