FH wants to sign up for stamps.com and get a scale to print the postage ourselves. Has anyone else done this? If not, can I just put regular forever stamps on the return envelopes, or should I get wedding postage?

OMG too funny cuz FH just told me he wants us to do this...
i actually told him i think hes nuts, but like wouldnt those machines be expensive??? if it is reasonable, maybe would it work out to do it???

Apparently, there is a special right now where you get a scale and some free postage or something...but my bigger fear is running the envelopes through the printer. What if they get caught, or ink smeared?

well it doesnt have where u can run labels through it that u then put on the envelopes????
the mail machine at work u can run the envelope through it, or have it print onto a label that u then put on the envelope

I will have to ask him...bt to be honest...this is cutting it close! I see you are a may bride too. We are sending our invites our at the end of Feb, so he needs to get the ball rolling if he wants this stupid stamp machine.

You can do labels! I haven't used stamps.com but I looked at the website and you can print on envelope or labels

we're sending ours out like March 10 i think...
not even realizing right now that i need to think about postage soon!!!! ahh
these little things are so much worse than all the big things!

I will look into the labels! Thanks! I am starting to stress over the little things lately, too. SOOO many more little things, than big things!
