HI girls! So I just went to the post office in NHP and Mineola and they both told me my invites are going to cost $1.28 to mail!!!!!!! ARGH!!!
anyway does anyone know a post office in Nassau where i can hand cancel my invites? Mineola said I cant do it and they will only do it if it is not busy.... the lady at NHP was a B@$&h!!

I was in my local post office the other day, it was super busy, and I saw a dad hand canceling what I assume were his daughter's wedding invites off to the side....

Corinne, I took my invites to the Levittown post office on Gardiners Avenue. It was busy when I dropped them off. It was 5:00 on April 11th.They took the box and they said they would hand cancel them all. They did hand cancel them. People had their invites by 11:00 A.M. the next day.
