A number of my guests either live in the same building with me, across the street or down the block. I plan to hand deliver the invitations but should I still put stamps on the RSVP envelopes?
They will probably just hand my us back the RSVP's or leave them in our mailbox.

I would- just for the formality. In the grand scheme of things, you won't be saving all that much money to not put postage on a few envelopes.
