OK Girls...I need some serious help!!! I'm having serious problems with this whole wedding dress thing!! I've been looking since about February and I've found a lot of dresses that I love, and some that I hate, but none of them are really standing out to me. 2 weeks ago I went to Burton's and fell in love with one of the private Label gowns. I decided that that was the gown. I had another gown on my list that Burton's didn't have in stock. Stupid me, I went to another dress shop that had it to just try it on and satisfy myself and I ended up loving that one too...well actually, I loved the back of the one and the front of the one I tried on at Burton's. Burton's said they could put a few more pickups in the back of the original gown for me and that wouldn't be a problem. So, I thought I was satisfied and I went ahead and put a small down payment to take some $$ pressure off my dad(my dad and step mom are coming this weekend to put the actual down payment on it to order it). But I've been going back and forth all week...do I, don't I, do I, don't I...I'm an incredibly indecisive person as it is and I have a hard time making any kind of decisions, so I always second guess myself. The problem is, I don't know if this is me just being indecisive or if I should wait...what do you girls think???? What would you do??? I just wish I could've tried on a gown and 'just known', like I hear so many other girls say. Anyway, here are the pics of the original gown, front and back, and the 2nd pics are the other gown I tried on and loved the back of. Please help...I have my appointment tomorrow to go and order it!! Thanks girls!!

Which dress did you not want to take off?
JMO but they really do look very similar... The 2nd one looks a little more poofy.

The first one, but the 2nd one that I tried on was in a much bigger size, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it...

They are both beautiful so you really can not go wrong with either!! IMO I like the first one a little better. I think you will be REALLY happy with this dress.

I personally like the first one better and they should be able to make that bustle for you ...its The French bustle and they can add extra beads to make it look like the second one ...

i would stick with your first instinct... you put a deposit on it for a reason... and you could def make the back of the 2nd one on the 1st gown.... i wouldnt worry... let burtons handle it all... thats where i ordered mine from too

i love the first one...is that the one in your albums that you think is the one? it is beautiful...go with your instincts!

I totally understand how you feel. I was the same way. There was a dress I loved but I was so unsure because I was afraid that once I put money down I was gonna second guess myself. So i keep trying on more gowns but kept going back to the same one...so after trying it on A LOT :) I finally said this is the one and ordered it! It is scary but just think, is there one that your leaning towards just a little more. I see your dilemma and they are both gorgeous but if the first one was the original choice I would go with that and then like you said just have Burton's add a few more pickups! I hope this helps!

It's not!!! That one I tried on a long time ago and then they sold it and I couldn't try it on again!!! There were a couple things I didn't like about it, so I decided not to go with it...

Oh ok...both dresses are beautiful either way!

i love the first one i think once you put the bussel on the first one it will look basically the same on the back

I think I like #1 better but it could also just be how the dress fits her. I'm going through the same thing with my dress but I outright bought it at a sample sale and there's no returns. I love it sooo much some days and then other days i think i should have looked more. But I like the dress so much better in person then on the model. I think just go with the one u like more overall...and the bussle they can change.

I like the first one better. I am not crazy about the bodice of the second gown.

The both look really similar, however, JMO, I like the first one more, I like the work on the bodice more....but both are really pretty!!

I like the first one better, burtons said they could add the pickups... so there you go, you have your ideal dress.
i like the first dress better, even if you didnt add w the pickups, if you are looking for more poof, add a puffier slip...
i knew i found my dress when i compared, every other dress i tried on to my dress.
i actually had the same dilemma when i was deciding too. i fell in love with my dress (victoiana). i loved the front, the design and the way it hugged my body.
then i tried on mona lisa, loved in pictures, even loved on me (at first), i actually loved the back....
but buying a dress for the back only, isnt the answer.
after i put on victorianna again, it was obvious.
sorry ofr the babbling, i like to relive the dress shopping exp. i miss it!!

I know!!! I thought I made my decision too!!!
But I just keep going back and forth in my mind!! I'm being way too analytical about this!! Thanks for the advice!! I really appreciate it...and I think you're right...in the end I'm probably going to end up with #1...
