My FSIL is getting married in october of this year. She needs your help. MY SIL and her FSIL is not a nice person. She beats her FH brother and mentally abuses him. No one likes her. 'Michelle' went to a wedding this weekend for another brother and ignored all of us, including me, and FSIL, we tried 5 times to try to say hello and she snubbed us, not that we wanted to talk to her anyway, we hate her. she even turned her back on us once. She does not want to invite her to the wedding. Do you think this is a bad idea? MIL/FMIL for her is trying to kiss her butt, 'Michelle's' that is becuase she wants to be able to see her grandkids. OPINIONS? She just wants to invite FH brother/ my BIL's broher the one who is getting beaten and menatlly abused. We hope he leaves her by then. Her theory is why should I invite someone who is going to make her wedding day miserable? What would you do in this situation?

Unfortunately, I don't see how you can invite one family member and not invite their spouse.
FH has a cousin who is married to a man who suffers from extreme backpain (never met him). So extreme that he can't work. I've also heard that he is very anti-social. She has openly admitted to the externded family that she is having an affiar with another man for years now because her husband is disabled and has no interest in sex. I know, hello, TMI!! She's a wack-job but we still had to invite both of them to the wedding.
FH also has an aunt who definitely was not socialized properly in life. Not sure if she is low IQ or not but she will call out at completely inappropriate times. she did this at a funeral. Despite having plenty of money she dress like she is homeless and drives my FMIL crazy about everything. We had to invite her. Yes, I was tempted to type up an invite with the wrong date on it

As evil as she may be, it would be wrong to invite a husband without the wife.

She would be thrilled after what she went thru this weekend of having her turn her back on her . and ignored for no reason........... I know I would be she did it to me too. I wish i could just tell her off, but if we are both not invited to nephews 4th b day party we will both be relieved and happy.
