Posting here too: Honeymoon check, need suggestions

Okay I am EXCITED, we booked our hotel in ARUBA and staying at the Bucuti & Tara Resort, in the PENTHOUSE suites!!! We also got it through our agent for a couple of hundred dollars less than the website! So here is the question:

Those who have been to Aruba, where can we go to eat? The hotel covers breakfast and one candle light dinner on the beach. Any suggestions....

January will be my 20th time to Arbua and I used to work for the Aruba Marriott. I have tons of restuarants.....Madame Jeanette is one of the most popular and best restuarants. The view at the Lighthouse is picture perfect - the food - not so much. The Marriott does a seafood buffet that is wonderful. You will love Aruba!!

If you need more suggestions, let me know and I will be happy to bring back info for you.

I have heard rave reviews about The Flying Fishbone (fancy dinner on the beach) and a steakhouse called El Gaucho. I personally have not been, but many friends come back and mention both of these restaurants. Have a great trip!

Ah, I love Aruba. That's where we got engaged.

I've heard ridiculously amazing things about the steakhouse El Gaucho, but we didn't have a chance to go. We had the most amazing dinner on Pelican Pier. It was a seafood place and we ate on the dock right next to the water. It was awesome.

Gianni's for Italian, El Gaucho for steak. I heard great things about Swiss Chalet, Flying Fishbone, but haven't been there.
