Posting pictures

I am trying to post pictures but they say they are too big. Is there any way to get them smaller. Please help!!!!

We are adding a resizer to the nav. Here you can upload a larger jpg or gif and have it emailed back to you at a size that the chat will accept. It will be live in the next hour or two.
