Actually the Sacramento Bee (which is the stupidest name for a paper by the way) reported today that the prosecution never gave the defense 2 cd's that contained inforamation they were supposed to hand over. Something like that - maybe someone on there is why the judge stopped the proceedings for today - so defense could go over it.
